firstly we will prepare filling. Take a bowl add paneer , cumin, onion, salt coriander.. mix it well . Now filling is ready.
Then take Moong daal in a mixer jar .add chilli, water as required . Grind it and make a smooth paste . paste should be like chila batter. Take out this batter in a bowl. Then add Palak puree , salt, ginger Paste. Mix it well . Batter is ready.
Now heat a pan. Put 1 tsp oil. Then put 4 tbsp batter on it. Spread batter gently. After that flip it. Now spread 2 tsp filling on it. Add 1/4 tsp oil. Cook it for 4 minutes. Now ready to serve.
